Each day at work I make use of many different electric equipments and technologies. Like most office workers, I use a computer to do most of my work in my office. It's an essential tool for writing up reports, communicating with co-workers, doing research. I often use a telephone to discuss with work colleagues. I think it's easier to use a telephone than hold a meeting. And I use a smart phone to check my business e-mail while I'm on outside duty. In addition, I use an overhead projector very often in my office. There are many presentation projects assigned to me. Therefore, when I have my presentation, I use the computer, the Internet and the overhead projector in the conference room. The more familiar I get with different kinds of technology at work, the easier my job becomes.
