I was hectic these days for me. Because I started new project for work.

I hardly had enough time to do excercise. I'm usually sitting front of my computer during work.

I hardly ever move. Finally, I felt strange. I had a disk in my neck. I known that It is important to do excercise.

Whenever I get home alrealy, I try to go to the park in my neighborhood. but I can't work hard because It can put stress on the neck. And then I think exercise give me some kind of power and motivation in my day life.
