We have benchmarked leading ALM tools such as IBM, RTC, and Atlassian, and analyzed our developement platform.  We then realized that we will need a lot of money if we are going to buy commercial ALM tools to support whole oragranization, and we already have many ALM features in our platform.  Therefore, so we decided that we're going to add on some new features using opensource software to our platform. We adopted opensource tools such as Git for SCM tool and Go for building pipeline management. We're developing new features and integrating our own ALM tools with existing tools and opensouces, and we plan to release that tool at the end of October. I think there are some advantages in terms of productivity when you use this tool in your project. First, source code is linked to a backlog automatically when a developer checks in a source code to Git Repository. Second, you can build source codes and deploy binary files to the target system automatically. The most important thing is that the ALM tool make helps developers to collaborae with each other.
