I like to cook Korean food. Most of all I like to cook Kimchi stews because it is very easy to cook them. They are very common in Korea. Many people enjoy eating them and there are a lot of famous places where they are made well. My wife and I often have a dinner with Kimchi stews I make. As I mentioned, it is easy to cook them. Kimchi stews normally need just Kimchi. When you want to eat more deliciously, you can put meat or tofu. Whenever I eat tasty food, I always feel light and happy.
