Actually I don't really talk with neighbors. I think THIS IS NOT ONLY THE CASE WITH ME, not only me but WITH MANY also all of people who live SIDE BY SIDE WITH PEOPLE THEY DON'T KNOW! these days don't talk with people even say hello to their neighbors. THERE IS However except one EXCEPTION.  I HAPPEN TO BE A CLOSE FRIEND OF A NEIGHBOR WHOM I FREQUENTLY TALK TO - ONE MR. KIM - A GENTLEMAN person who liveS ON A LOWER LEVEL FLOOR IN MY BUILDING. in the down floor of my house called Mr.Kim I always talk with him. It was about 7 years ago WHEN we talk to each other for the first time. He had a wife who has HAD a severe disease called chest cancer.  THIS OF COURSE WAS OF GRAVE CONCERN TO MR. KIM, AS HE WAS VERY KEEN ABOUT HER COMFORT.  AND so, he was always very keen. One day he ran into my house with anger. He said we were very loud and noisy regardless of night and day. Af first, I was really afraid and angry at that situation but after few minutes later we became a good friend. After that day, when we meet we always say hi to each other and talk abour our daliy life and our worries of these days. Therefore we are one´s dearest friend now.
