As the world goes dry and individualistic and complicated, many complaints occur at many places. I am not a complainer but I usually complain about the treatment service rather than the products. I can't remember the memories about complaints I made. Because many cases of the complaints came from instant heated emotion, I forget it easily. But I remember a good memory started from a complaint, and ended up as a compliment. Once I went to a restaurant for a blind date. During While I was eating pasta, I chewed a piece of bacon which that was not unwrapped. I called a waiter and showed it to her. She said "I'll take the dish and check it with the chef." She came back in a moment, and proposed serving a new one. I accepted her proposal. And after finishing the dish, when I came went to the cashier, they didn't charged it to me for it. I was very satisfied and still go there since that day. used to go there still from since that day.
