내용 There are many kinds of technology that I use at my office almost every day such as laptop computer, dual monitor, and softwears for example Excel, Powerpoint, Word and so on. I usually use my laptop computer, dual monitor as hw, to input data and to use many softwears. And I normally use some office programs such as Excel, Powerpoint and Words and also messenger program and Group wares to make many reports for my boss or co-workers and and to communicate with my co-workers and partners. Especially E-mail and Messengers program is so convenient to communicate. They give me much convenience for example, I have many times to contact with overseas branch office employees that work on East Asia, China, Europe, India, North-America, South- America and so on. If it were not for communication SW such as messenger, e-mail, I would spend a lot of time calling and meeting them in person. In the conclusion, I usually use them to make reports and communicate with my co-works and partners.

(Avoid starting your sentence with "And". It's ok in spoken English, but not in writing), (Don't write "group wares". There's no such thing), (Avoid repeating words several times like, 'coworker')

-> Especially E-mail and Messenger programs are so convenient to use for communication.

-> They give me much convenience. For example, I often contact overseas branch office's  employees who work in East Asia, China, Europe, India, North-America, South- America, etc. (Just like I said in class, be mindful with the order or words. Don't say "I have many times to contact".. Please learn the proper usage of "to")

->  In the conclusion, I usually use them to make reports and communicate with my co-workers and partners. (It's coworkers not coworks)
