제목 | Differences between Team Reaction and Team Building | 등록일 | 2014-04-08 |
---|---|---|---|
내용 | Team Reaction is the activity that team members get along doing non-working plays, such as workshops, watching movies, drinkings. It is temporary event and focuses on the entertainment. Throughout the activities, team members can share their thoughts or experiences, and they become friendly. Team Building is every activity that include selecting team members, co-working, making system for team cooperations, assesing the contribution of each member. So, Team Building is continuous activity and it is more focusing on the working and achievements. It is wider concept. Team Reaction is sort of Team Building activities. In my personal view, team reaction activities don't seem to be helpful to the performances directly. But, Team Building is very important for managing the team's chemical structure, and it makes large effect on the performance of the organization. |
