I think that Korea should consider the allowance of immigrants.

Korea is one of the countries whose birthrates are  is among the lowest in the world. Our population has started to decrease, and the portion of the olds elderly is are increasing speedily. It means that the smaller young generations should support the larger old generations in the future.

As a result, it is expected that Korean people will have so many problems economically and socially. The olds elderly tend to save more money. Growing proportions of the olds elderly induce more saving and less consumptions. At last Lastly, it is the big main reason of the economic recessions.

In this point, inflows of the immigrants are the is a  good way to solve the decreasing populations. Immigrants from Southeast Asia are good human resources for manufacturing or the service industy because of their low level of salary. So, it will improve the cost-competitiveness of Korean companies.
