Distinguish yourself as someone with truly unique perspective respected inside and outside the organization. Here are three ways to do that: - Build your online presence. The Internet is a perfect place to start showcasing your knowledge. Post Comments on blogs, write your own posts, and connect with other bloggers to create a network. - Win some awards. As what Ronald Regan said, one of the most prominent president of USA, “Leadership is the art of changing a group from what it is into what it ought to be." I strongly believe that to be a leader in the workplace requires the ability to effectively control and direct situations. Managing a company isn't all about numbers and profits; it's also about managing personalities.
