I've encountered a problem of delayed flight, so that, I'm afraid I couldn't attend the first meeting with the customers. I wish I could find another flight right now, but it seems that there is no flight available at this moment. So, I believe I can consider several turnarounds. The first thing that I can come up with is I would call the customer's representative to explain this situation and ask to postpone postponing the meeting for one or two days. Another solution that I can consider is sending  an alternative person as a replacement of me. I guess Mr. Lee at Saudi Office might be able to commence the first meeting because he has a certain level of knowledge about our product. Even though he is a sales person rather than a technician, he would be able to make softer atmosphere with them, and also they can derive some questions from the customers for which I can prepare the solutions and answer them. I think the second option might be more appropriate in connection with not cancelling the meeting schedule.
