I am on a diet so I usually eat light and healthy. I eat with my coworkers in my department. We talk about our work lives and any new gossip that is going around in the company. We like to talk about our company because it is something we have in common. Sometimes, We talk about our family or some single guys would tell us about their blind dates. After eating quickly, my closest coworker and I go to the near road to take a walk for about 30 minutes. We like to spend time to walk. The worker in hing stress jobs frequently suffer indigestion It is very helpful for digest. Usually, I just go with one other coworker but, occasionally, our superior joins us. However, it is a bit uncomfortable when our superior comes along, but we still welcome anyone who wants to join us. |
