Last year, I joined to a project of a national organization in government. One of our project member hited the other's head by a beer bottle. Maybe their relation was not good while they are cooperating. My project manager called me and requested to go the police-office. I tried to reconcile them by a conversation. But, eventually. One member who hited othere's head was arrested. In this case, I learned that most important thing in mamaging a project is the human relationship. If someone becom a project manager, they should concentrate on and monitor their member's status continously. That's all~
