I had a dog, named Babie. I got her when I was in elementary school. One winter, my father saw her in the street. He thought that she was missing or her owner dumped her. If she stayed on the street, she would froze to death. So he picked her up in the street. The next morning, I saw her in the living room when I woke up. I was so surprised. I can’t forget our first meeting. She approached me calmly when I called her. I wanted to take care of her. My mom rejected her. I pestered her to take care of Babie. Finally, she allowed me to look after Babie. She was a very calm dog, so she didn’t bark when new people come to the house. That’s good because it didn’t disturb my neighbors. She even liked it when people hold her tail. I loved Babie because she kept me from feeling lonely. She passed away this Feb because of getting older. I was sad. But I’m happy because she passed away very comfortable with sleeping. I miss her. Babie is the best dog that anyone could have.
