Our office doesn’t have as many meetings as other companies. I think it’s good for the workers not to have a lot of meetings because it cuts into our working time and it’s usually stressful for everyone. We usually have meetings once a week and that is every Mondays. This is the perfect way to start the week. Everyone in our department is on track with work progress and people can share their plans for the new week. I have to go to the office 30 minutes earlier than the other days to prepare for the meeting. Actually I’m a rookie in our department. So I don’t have to report or share my plans for the new week. I just take part in the meeting, but I listen carefully to what my seniors are saying. I think the information that I get from them are helpful for me. I keep my feedbacks hidden. Of course, I don’t expose it. I don't say my thoughts. I can learn everything whether they are good or not. If they are good, they are my role models. Unless they are good, also they can be my good lessons.
