내용 | I used to doing health training at the local gym. The price was very reasonable. Also it had many exercise equipment that was state of the art. I usually did Squat, Bench press and Dead lift. They are exercises that make big muscle in body strong. I felt refresh after exercising. Unfortunately, I had an accident. I hurt my ankle especially ligament while exercising. Lower body is important in every exercising as I think. It is essential when I try to make balance and lift weight. So I had to stop exercising for a while. I started exercising after 3 months. Because I became a cheerleader as a representative in our company. It was very tough but enjoyed it. Also it helped my weight that I got because of lack of exercise lose. Nowadays I enjoy wakeboarding. I joined the club in our company. We go to wakeboarding every week or two week. Although I started it this season, I can do wakeboarding very well. I will go to wakeboarding this weekend too. I can’t wait for weekend to come! | ||
